Ooops!  There was a problem with your payment

For some reason your payment was not succesful but don’t panic as I am sure there is a good reason for it and we will get your booking sorted ASAP.

Some of the common reasons that the online payment may decline or not be accepted are:

– You have insufficient funds to complete the transaction
– Your credit card is not set up for international transactions (we are in New Zealand and transactions are processed here)
– You have entered your credit card details incorrectly.
– Some other restriction your bank has placed on your credit card that is preventing it going through

We suggest in the first instance to try entering your card details again.  From there call your bank and see if any of the above apply, have it resolved and try again.

In the meantime you are welcome to also send us an email to info@kiwiautohomes.co.nz as we can hold your booking until you get this resolved so simply send us your dates and vehicle of choice.
