All rates are calculated in New Zealand dollars and are GST Tax inclusive. Rates are based on a calendar day not a 24hr clock and are subject to change without prior notice. The GST Rate is 15%
Terms of Insurance
1. Standard Insurance
A compulsory charge of NZ$20.00 per day (maximum payable NZ$1500 or 75 days) addition to the daily rates will give you a maximum liability (Excess) of NZ$2000 (NZ$4000 for drivers 21 to 25 years of age) for any claim arising should the vehicle be damaged in any way or if damage occurs to any third party property regardless of who is at fault.
The excess applies in respect of each claim, not rental. The Bond of NZ$2000 (NZ$4000) which will be taken as a credit card imprint at the time of entering into the Rental Agreement. The Bond is fully refundable if the vehicle is returned on time to the agreed location, and providing the toilet and waste tanks are empty, LPG bottle(s) are full and the fuel is at the same level that was noted at pickup and no damage to the vehicle, third party property or any item on the Exclusions List is evident. (please refer to paragraph on Insurance Exclusions in the Term and Conditions)
2. Reduction Option 1
The cost for this option is NZ$10.00 per day in addition to the daily rates and standard insurance. This will give you a maximum liability of NZ$1250 (NZ$2500 for drivers 21 to 25 years of age) for any claim arising should the vehicle be damaged in any way or if damage occurs to any third party property regardless of who is at fault. The excess applies in respect of each claim, not rental.
The Bond of NZ$1250 (NZ$2500) which will be taken as a credit card imprint at the time of entering into the Rental Agreement. The Bond is fully refundable if the vehicle is returned on time to the agreed location, and providing the toilet and waste tanks are empty, LPG bottle(s) are full, the fuel is at the same level that was noted at pickup and no damage to the vehicle, third party property or any item on the Exclusions List is evident. (please refer to paragraph on Insurance Exclusions in the Terms and Conditions)

The cost for this option is NZ$20.00 per day in additional to the daily rates and standard insurance. This will give you a maximum liability (excess) of NZ$500 (NZ$1000 drivers 21-25) for any claim arising should the vehicle be damaged in any way or if damage occurs to any third party property regardless of who is at fault. The excess applies in respect of each claim, not rental. The hirer will be responsible for any damaged or broken windscreens, tyre repairs or replacements and all items noted on the Exclusions list.
The Bond of NZ$500 (NZ$1000) which will be taken as a credit card imprint at the time of entering into the Rental Agreement. The Bond is fully refundable if the vehicle is returned on time to the agreed location, and providing the toilet and waste tanks are empty, LPG bottle(s) are full and the fuel is at the same level that was noted at pickup and no damage to the vehicle, third party property or any item on the Exclusions List is evident. 4. Tyre and Windscreen Protection Insurance
A cost of NZ$8.00 per day in addition to the daily hire rates, standard insurance or insurance reduction options will give you piece of mind cover when it comes to puncture repairs or windscreen chips/replacements. Any call out fees will not be covered.
